These terms apply to purchases on ppecart.com supplied by Triotex International Private Limited, GSTIN 24AALCT0992Q1ZK, Vatva Station Road, Near Vatva Police Station, Vatva, Ahmedabad 382445. The India store uses INR.

Orders, prices, taxes and payments

Check your product, size, colour, quantity, delivery and billing details before paying. Prices are in INR; the checkout or accepted quotation states applicable GST, delivery and the total payable. Provide correct GSTIN and business details when applicable.

Guest checkout is available. An order acknowledgement or saved unpaid order is not confirmation of payment or dispatch. We confirm payment or approved credit arrangements and availability before fulfilment. Check payment status before retrying an interrupted payment to avoid paying twice.

Payment methods are those shown for your order. Your PO reference is not payment or credit approval. Payment providers process payment credentials; do not send full card numbers or security codes in support messages.

Coupons and offers follow their disclosed eligibility and expiry conditions. Reorders use current availability and prices. If a material listing error or unavailable product prevents fulfilment, we contact you for a refund or agreed alternative rather than imposing an undisclosed increase.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

The Delivery & Shipping policy explains supplier sourcing, handling, courier estimates and delivery charges. The specific lead time for a bulk, custom or special order is stated in its quotation.

Bulky items are excluded from flat-rate shipping and free delivery, regardless of order value. A basket containing any item marked Bulky Item requires a freight quote for the whole basket. The freight charge must be confirmed and agreed before ordering.

Request cancellation or an address correction promptly. Dispatch or agreed irreversible custom production may prevent an optional cancellation. Special procurement or custom cancellation conditions must be disclosed before you approve the work. We do not impose a one-sided consumer cancellation charge contrary to applicable e-commerce rules.

Our India Returns, Refunds & Replacements policy explains claims and the absence of a general change-of-mind offer. We do not refuse legally required remedies for damaged, defective, spurious, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods. A paid order we cannot fulfil is refunded or changed only with your agreement.

Business accounts, trade pricing and credit

Provide accurate company, GSTIN and billing details. Business registration does not automatically approve trade pricing or credit. Trade applications and credit applications are reviewed separately for each regional seller.

Approved trade prices and quantity tiers appear on eligible products for your account. Any credit facility has a written limit and payment terms; submitting an application or PO does not grant 30-day credit. You remain responsible for authorised purchases and payments under your accepted facility.

Access for additional buyers must be arranged through individual authorised accounts. Do not share passwords. Reseller purchases can have different statutory coverage depending on the purpose of purchase. Our dropshipping connectors are advertised as coming soon and are not an included live service.

Quotations and Design Studio

A product enquiry or Design Studio quote request does not charge you, reserve stock or start production. Quotes state quantities, scope, prices, delivery and any validity period. Confirm acceptance and the order requirements with us before relying on the proposed supply date.

Studio previews use product images or garment outlines to guide placement. They are not exact colour, scale, fit, stitch or production proofs. We review artwork, garment availability, decoration suitability and relevant protection standards before confirming the quote and production proof.

Check the written proof, spelling, logo, placements, colours, garment sizes and quantities before approval. Customisation may affect protective performance, so it must be agreed for suitable products. A changed approved brief may require an agreed revised quote and lead time.

You retain rights in your artwork and confirm that you have permission to use it. You authorise us and the providers required for the agreed work to use supplied artwork to prepare your quote and fulfil your order. Your private logo library and saved designs are not automatically published.

Product suitability and website features

Check the specific product's standards, documents, size information and intended use. PPE selection should follow the workplace risk assessment and manufacturer instructions. Tell us any particular purpose you rely on our advice for before ordering. This does not exclude applicable statutory obligations.

Comparison tools, wishlists and saved designs help you plan purchases; they do not reserve inventory or fix future prices. Reorders use current availability and prices. Documents and tracking appear when issued or received, and may not be available immediately after checkout.

Support, privacy and fair website use

Order support and return requests are reviewed by our team. Submission does not automatically approve a refund, replacement or courier collection. Guests can use their order email link for permitted order access and sign in or activate the linked account for private support. You can also contact us without an account.

Our Privacy and Cookie policies explain personal data, secure order links, artwork and consented analytics. Keep order links and verification codes private. Do not access another customer's records, upload malicious content or misuse the website.

We may restrict access reasonably to protect security or address misuse, while preserving access to legitimate order support and any remedies required by law.

Consumer rights, changes and complaints

Nothing in these terms or a quotation excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Consumer Protection Act coverage depends on the transaction, including whether the purchase qualifies as a consumer purchase. Commercial purchasing conditions do not override mandatory protections.

Website disruptions and third-party delays do not automatically remove remedies for non-supply or failure to supply as agreed. We explain affected orders and available options. Revised terms apply to future orders, not retrospectively to accepted orders or quotations.

Use the support portal, Contact page or hello@ppecart.com for complaints. We acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and address them within one month as required by the applicable e-commerce rules. If unresolved, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline or appropriate consumer authority.
