Privacy Policy

How PPE CART India handles account, GSTIN, business, order, support and Design Studio information, consented analytics and privacy requests.

Last updated: 9 October 2026.

Triotex International Private Limited (GSTIN 24AALCT0992Q1ZK), Vatva Station Road, Near Vatva Police Station, Vatva, Ahmedabad 382445, operates PPE CART India. Contact hello@ppecart.com or our Contact page for privacy questions. This policy describes the India storefront and related order services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide for purchases, accounts, quotes, trade and credit applications, enquiries and support. This can include your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, company and GSTIN, authorised buyers, trade references, requested credit terms, order and payment references, invoices, messages and evidence attachments.

Design Studio stores artwork, logos, text, garment choices, size quantities, saved design versions and quote instructions that you submit. Optional guest email verification processes your email and a verification code; it does not sign you in or expose account history.

Our services also process technical information such as IP address, browser, security logs, session identifiers, cart and consent preferences. Consented analytics can involve Google processing device and session information. Payment providers process payment details under their own policies; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.

Why we use it

We use necessary information to fulfil orders, provide quotations, manage accounts and approved business facilities, process payments and refunds, deliver goods, respond to support requests, secure the website and meet accounting and legal obligations.

We use artwork and designs to prepare your requested quote and fulfil agreed production. Marketing emails use applicable consent or permission, and you can unsubscribe. Transactional order, payment, security and support messages are separate.

Providing order contact and delivery details is necessary to fulfil an order. Optional analytics consent and guest email verification are not required to purchase. Incomplete trade or credit information can prevent assessment of that application.

Who receives information

Necessary data may be shared with our staff and regional Triotex operations, hosting and ERP providers, payment processors, couriers, communications providers, advisers and regulators where required. Suppliers or decorators receive information needed for agreed sourcing, warranty investigation or custom work.

Private artwork and support evidence are restricted to the relevant account and authorised service access. They are not public product images by default. We do not sell customer personal information.

Our regional operations include Australia and India. Providers such as Google and other technology services may process data outside India, including the United States and other locations used by their service infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to protect information shared with providers and share only what is necessary.

Analytics, cookies and advertising

Google Analytics is loaded on supported public storefront pages only after you accept analytics cookies. It measures permitted page visits and confirmed purchases, including currency, product codes or opaque item references, quantities, net product prices, delivery charges, tax and an opaque transaction reference. Page labels are generalised and query strings removed. Our analytics events do not include customer names, contact details, addresses, uploaded artwork, coupon codes, raw order numbers or card details.

Google may process IP, browser and cookie/session identifiers as part of providing analytics. This is not anonymous processing. Google advertising personalisation and advertising consent remain disabled in the current website integration. Setting up ad accounts does not itself enable Meta or LinkedIn website tracking.

Reject or withdraw analytics consent through the Cookie Policy controls. Marketing-email preferences are managed separately. Read the Cookie Policy for browser storage and provider cookies.

Storage, security and retention

We use access controls, private attachments and secure order-access mechanisms to protect data. Keep your passwords, emailed order links and verification codes confidential. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for fulfilment, support, security and required accounting, tax and legal purposes, then remove or de-identify it where reasonably possible. Deleting an account does not erase invoices or records we must retain. Saved artwork or designs may also need to be retained for an accepted order or dispute.

Access, correction, deletion and complaints

Email hello@ppecart.com from your registered or order email to request access, correction or account deletion, or use the Contact page. We may reasonably verify your identity before releasing or changing information. We will explain any lawful reason for refusing part of a request.

For a privacy complaint, describe the issue and relevant account or order reference without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We will investigate and aim to respond within 30 days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may use the grievance or legal remedies available under applicable Indian law.

Policy updates

We update this page when website features, data handling or legal requirements change. This policy does not authorise a new use merely because a feature may be added in the future. Materially different data uses will be addressed through appropriate notice and consent where required.
