This policy applies to orders on PPE CART India. Indian delivery and quotation terms are confirmed for your address and ordered products.

Handling and courier transit

Handling includes stock confirmation, any supplier sourcing, inspection, packing and dispatch. Use the handling or lead-time estimate confirmed for your product, order or quotation; there is no blanket dispatch promise covering every product.

Courier transit starts when the courier receives the parcel. Add the confirmed handling estimate to the courier's transit estimate for your postcode or pincode and chosen service. A label created before collection is not proof of dispatch.

Bulk, custom-branded, made-to-order and special-order delivery dates are confirmed in the quotation. Tell us a required date before accepting the order.

Delivery charges

Delivery options, charges and any applicable free-delivery offer appear in your regional cart and checkout. Review the delivery service and total payable before payment. Quotation-based freight follows the terms stated on the accepted quote.

If an address or item needs special freight that was not included, we will seek your agreement before charging or changing supply. We will not silently add an undisclosed fee.

Availability, tracking and delays

Storefront availability may include supplier-held stock. We will tell you if sourcing or stock changes affect the confirmed estimate. Tracking details appear when available, and split shipments may have separate references.

Check your address and contact details carefully. Contact us promptly for a correction or missing parcel. Redelivery charges caused by an incorrect address or missed delivery are explained before a paid redelivery is arranged.

If we cannot supply an item, we offer a refund or a replacement only with your agreement. Delayed, damaged or lost goods are investigated with the courier and resolved under the order terms and applicable Indian consumer protection law.
