Design Your Workwear

PPE CART Design Studio with a production product photo and demonstration logo artwork

Create branded workwear for your team in PPE CART Design Studio. Choose garments, add your logo and text, build your size breakdown and request a reviewed quote.

From garment to quote in four steps

  1. Choose your products

Select eligible garments and available colours. Combine multiple products in one design brief.

  2. Create your design

Add logo artwork and text to the front, back or sleeves. Choose printing or embroidery for each layer.

  3. Enter team sizes

Add quantities for each available size and include your deadline, thread colours or other requirements.

  4. Review and request a quote

Review every garment, placement and size quantity before sending your brief to our team.

More than a logo preview

Your branding, on the garment

Plan separate front and back designs using product photographs or category-specific garment outlines. Add several logo and text layers, with chest, back and sleeve placements.

Move, resize and rotate each layer independently. Set text fonts and colours, or add a background behind transparent logo artwork. Undo and redo changes while you work.

A private library for your logos

Upload artwork once in Logos, then reuse it across your product designs. Preview and manage your logo files separately from your saved garments.

PNG, JPG and WebP uploads are supported, under 5 MB and up to 16 megapixels. Original artwork stays unchanged when you add a background colour in the editor.

Save your designs. Pick up later.

Give each design a name and save it in your account. Open saved drafts from Designs, adjust your brief and save a new version.

Your artwork and saved designs are private to your account. Drafts can be saved before the logo enquiry minimum is reached. Designs linked to submitted quote requests remain protected.

One brief for the whole team

Include multiple garments and colours in one quote request. Enter the quantity needed in each size and review the total pieces across your brief.

Add notes for each product, such as your preferred logo dimensions, thread colours or required date. The Studio shows the applicable minimum quantity for logo enquiries.

A reviewed quote before production

Your on-screen design is a placement guide, not an exact product, colour or production-scale proof. Our team reviews artwork dimensions, printing or embroidery suitability, garment protection standards, stock and lead times.

We confirm pricing and a production proof before any order is approved. Sending a quote request does not take payment, reserve stock or start production.
