- Order Fulfillment and Shipping
- Order Processing: You are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and accurately. Orders should be processed within the timeframe specified in your product listing.
- Shipping and Delivery: You must use reliable shipping methods to ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers. Shipping costs and options should be clearly stated in your listings.

- Seller Conduct

- Termination by PPE CART: PPE CART reserves the right to suspend or terminate your seller account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activities that harm the platform or its users. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments due to you will be settled according to the payout schedule.
- Limitation of Liability
- Platform Availability: PPE CART strives to maintain a reliable platform, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the marketplace. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or technical issues.
- Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with these Terms will not exceed the total commissions earned by PPE CART from your sales in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Dispute Resolution
- Customer Disputes: You are responsible for resolving any disputes with customers related to your products. PPE CART may assist in mediating disputes at our discretion.
